Toilet Flood Water Damage

When a North Hills, CA family came home from work & school, they found an upstairs toilet had overflowed and spilled into the hallway and seeped through the floor, damaging the garage below. They immediately called SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale who arrived and assessed the damage. First, we extracted the remaining sewage water to prevent further damage. Next, SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale placed dehumidification units to stabilize the environment and prevent secondary damage such as mold. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale unfortunately needed to remove the affected building materials which included both flooring and sections of drywall as seen in the pictures. This family was now ready for a contractor to finish the job!
