Toilet overflow damage

A home owner in Glendale, CA called SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale when a toilet overflowed damaging two bathrooms. Upon inspection we found that the drywall, tile flooring and wall was affected and the plaster wall behind the toilet was wet four feet high. The wall behind the vanity and the shower tile was also affected. We placed a dehumidifier and set up plastic containment. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale then removed the vanity and removed the wet plaster walls. We detached the toilet large wall mirror and removed the tile flooring and tile shower walls. Next, SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale applied a disinfectant to all affected areas and detail cleaned the entire space. This bathroom was now ready for a contractor to come and complete the job!
