Clean Toilet backup

A homeowner in Tarzana, CA called SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale after a toilet backup damaged multiple rooms in her home. In the bathroom shown the tile floors and walls, drywall and base were all wet. Next, we removed the wet tile walls and floors and wet drywall and detail cleaned the studs. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale then applied antimicrobial solution to disinfect the area and prevent secondary damage. The homeowner was thrilled she could now call her contractor for repairs!
