Upstairs Bathroom Leak 

A homeowner in North Hills, Ca. contacted SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale stating he had an upstairs bathroom leak that was travelling down into his living room walls. He also said he suspected there was now mold. After further inspection of the living room wall (pictured) there was mold discovered and the insulation was extremely wet. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale set up containment, so as to not spread mold spores in unaffected areas and removed all damaged materials that could not be salvaged. Next, our technicians set up powerful drying machines to dry out remaining materials. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale finished by spraying antimicrobial and HEPA vacuumed the area. The homeowner was extremely grateful SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale had rid their home of potentially harmful mold and done it very quickly!
