Mold Damage Clean Up

A property management company in Burbank, CA called SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale when a tenant complained of visible mold growth after a leaky roof causes multiple water losses. Upon inspection our team found that mold spread all throughout the back of the kitchen cabinets. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale began by setting up air scrubbers and removing several of the upper and all of the lower kitchen cabinets. We covered the unaffected cabinets with plastic. SERVPRO of Crescenta Valley/East Glendale found that almost all of the walls throughout the kitchen were covered with mold and cut out those damaged materials. We wire brush cleaned the studs and disinfected them, providing a detailed cleaning to the entire space. The owner was able to then call a contractor to come replace the drywall and paint the interior so the tenant could enjoy their home once again!
